Coaching athletes effectively relies upon a number of elements, not least, having the desire and the opportunity to keep up to speed on current delivery methods and attitudes within your sport.
At Leeds Rhinos Netball, we are committed to producing high-performance athletes and we remain just as committed to ensuring those within our own family and others in our region have access to regular coach education of relevance to netball. From interactive sessions specific to netball coaches, to regular conferences where coaches can learn whilst expanding their network, we’re providing opportunities for coaches to become their best.
Part of Rhinos' Coach Education Programme - a mentorship created to assist Yorkshire coaches with a range of elements to help improve their technique - the Extra Time initiative is designed to offer a first-hand insight into performance coaching through 3.5hrs of pre and post-match analysis.
